Pros- you have a roof over your head Cons- super loud complex. Smell of weed fills the vents. Tried to tell management but they did absolutely nothing. Parking is terrible. No place to park. If you get off work before 7pm maybe you can find a spot. Our heater went out and it took management a few days to get someone out to fix it. Also just plan on not getting any of your deposit back. Also plan on paying a few hundred more dollars at the end of your lease. No matter how hard you try to keep your apartment maintained, they find anything to charge you. Save your money, save your sanity and find another place to live.

Clean, decent updates, nice looking. Haven't had any major problems, just minor stuff. Neighborhood environment is fine. Pet good place for the price. Staff seems great. Love having covered parking, patio, outdoor storage closet, and laundry room. Wish there was a little more storage but it's not bad.

They in the last year have made so many renovations that have made this complex even more amazing. I LOVE living here!

This 0lace is a great place to live. The office staff and maintenance team are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

I have been living here for about 3 months. the location is very good, the bus stop is outside the apartments. parking lots are assigned. You can walk to all kinds of commercial premises. that's one of the things that I like the most. villagepark takes care of delivering information and getting it through email or with a note on the doors (which is appreciated because I don't always have time to open emails). the office staff is very friendly. If I have a problem with a repair they are always very concerned and quick to fix everything. something that I would like as a resident is to have a better payment system. something newer like resident portal. The only reason I don't rate 5 stars is because I would really like the pet areas to be cleaner and remodeled. I would very much like to take my dog ââto that entertainment area but it is dirty. I know that place has potential. it just needs to be repaired.
