This complex isn’t that bad. I lived here for a while now, the only complaint I would say is that at times the kids that live here leave stuff in the middle of the sidewalks and it makes it hard to walk around when you have a visual disability. But other than that it’s not that bad of a place to live.

Dumpsters are free and are typically better taken care of than this place

Update: I am very disappointed in the management. First off we couldn’t get ahold of them for a whole week, secondly when my husband lost his job and couldn’t get another one and we could no longer afford the apartment there was no sympathy. We have literally no money and the options we were given ranged from 300-3000 dollars (no joke). If we were at all given some sympathy maybe we could make up some money for the next month but we have nothing. Even though it’s COVID related, they did not care. Village Park Apartments is a great apartment for couples and those who are starting out. We have a 2bed/2bath and I quite enjoy the design. I would prefer hard flooring everywhere but the carpet is fine. We have a newly renovated apartment so it's nicer than some, however, there are some complaints. The maintenance are really quick to respond to requests and fixed up our heating and dishwasher very quickly, and the office is polite and also quick to respond. It is pet friendly and Service animal friendly. Utilities are not a fixed amount but it's cheap and overall rent is affordable and the area is good. Had some issues with our paid parking and some neighbors with unleashed dogs but besides that I enjoy living here. From apt 1097

My PAID parking spot is taken. I called the towing company and they said because of a new rule they can only tow after managers approval. It’s 10PM at night, office closed, apartment emergency line told me a tow is not an emergency and I need to call the office in the morning. No other spot available. Where am I supposed to park?!? Very disappointed.

This apartment complex is great! The office staff are very helpful and kind. Apartments are comfortable and look nice.
