Update: I am very disappointed in the management. First off we couldn’t get ahold of them for a whole week, secondly when my husband lost his job and couldn’t get another one and we could no longer afford the apartment there was no sympathy. We have literally no money and the options we were given ranged from 300-3000 dollars (no joke). If we were at all given some sympathy maybe we could make up some money for the next month but we have nothing. Even though it’s COVID related, they did not care.
Village Park Apartments is a great apartment for couples and those who are starting out. We have a 2bed/2bath and I quite enjoy the design. I would prefer hard flooring everywhere but the carpet is fine. We have a newly renovated apartment so it's nicer than some, however, there are some complaints. The maintenance are really quick to respond to requests and fixed up our heating and dishwasher very quickly, and the office is polite and also quick to respond. It is pet friendly and Service animal friendly. Utilities are not a fixed amount but it's cheap and overall rent is affordable and the area is good. Had some issues with our paid parking and some neighbors with unleashed dogs but besides that I enjoy living here. From apt 1097
