The complex is kept clean, the staff in the main office are so kind and make us feel like they are so glad that we live here. There is always someone to welcome and make us smile. This complex has made me feel comfortable and living here has truly been the best!

Worst expirence living in an apartment. I highly recommend not living at this complex. Upon moving in the complex with filled with pests. I requested that an exterminator come. Nothing was done. Plugs never stayed in the wall. When maintenance came to fix it, they asked us to pick the needed plugs for replacement only because he didn't want to fix all of them. Blinds were damaged and filled with nasty grime. - they made me pay for the damaged blinds upon moving out. Dents in the walls were there before I moved and I paid the price when I moved out. There were cracks in the front door and back door causing outside air to come in. They refused to fix it and said that there was nothing they could do. Bathroom toilet constantly leaked and overflowed. It took them 3 months to finally order a replacement. Dog poop is EVERY WHERE outside, year round. No one cleans up. The tenants at the complex are a little on the rough side, but very nice to talk with. Staff is not helpful. They don't disclose all of the costs charged when signing the contract.

Overall it was a great place to live. PROS: - Great location to everything - Comparable pricing to other places - Swimming Pool - The staff were very welcoming and very helpful - They responded quickly to issues - The floor layout for the 2 bedroom apartments was very good. CONS: - Dog poop everywhere (do not step off the concrete walkways) - Lots of flies - My upstairs neighbors were loud (but that is not the apartments fault) - Designated Parking can be pretty far away from the actual apartments. It is evidently not for everyone, but I would certainly recommend it.

The management needs to be available to tenants. I can't even get on the phone with management-they send me in circles until I get upset enough that they take me seriously. Hell no will I recommend this place.

So my husband and I have lived here for 6 months and holy cow we love it here! The staff have helped us out with so much and are so kind. If you need anything they are willing to answer and bend over backwards. Thanks guys!

This has been a great place to live! My kids love that there is a pool and a playground so close! All of the staff, office and maintenance, have been so helpful and kind!

I have lived here about 8 months, and haven't really had any problems. The apartments are nice and cozy, and I LOVE the central air. Love how convenient it is to be close to the places I shop. Being completely honest, I don't like how some of the kids that live here trash the playground area and leave garbage everywhere.
