For apartments as cheap as this these days, they shoot way above their pay grade. Iâve been here over a year and havenât had a single big concern, everything that maintenance came and fixed was small and typically not due to any problems with the apartment, they responded quick, fixed it quick, and are all super nice. Theyâre not insanely modern, the walls are fairly thin. But you canât beat it for the price, the only things to consider are you canât sell or transfer your lease at all, and if youâre below the top floor and youâll be able to hear a good amount of stomping above you, other than that I have no complaints, great families and neighbors, had multiple packages delivered with no theft, the laundry machines arenât great, but you can pay for in home machines, and thereâs nearby laundromats, and they still work for small loads. If youâre a college student, or just need affordable housing for any reason and you donât plan on transferring your lease partway through, this place is for you.
