These apartments are a great size for a very decent price. The rooms are spacious, all except for the kitchen which is a bit cramped but still nice. We’ve been here for a few months and so far maintenance has been pretty prompt, even after hours, and the managers have been very nice. The smoking only in the parking lot is a nice policy, and even though there are a few people who don’t follow it, it still seems like fewer than other apartments I’ve lived in. The common areas are nice with a playground, soccer/basketball court, and lots of pretty trees. Excited to try the pool! Overall a great place to live.

I love this place, however, when I first applied for this apartment, I was informed erroneously on the information regarding to adding my wife on my lease by one of the agents, who's no longer with the company. At the time, I was told that it would be only the application fee.When I asked them about this process again after renewing my lease, they told me that since I just renewed my lease, they would charge me an admin fee of $300... It seems very unethical, especially I was provided wrong information from the get go. I completely understand it's a business place, however, there are ethical ways of earning the business, and this is not one of them...

Itâs better than a lot apartment complexes in Utah but still falls short. They will raise your rent when they have the first opportunity to do it. They will add additional fees to anything they can but if the laundry machines by the office brake and you lose money, sorry. Not a bad neighborhood and overall itâs an okay place to live, just be ready for the BS.

My family moved here during the summer we were all hesitant at first but we love it here. The place we moved in though seemed a bit rushed and the management is a tad bit slow but everything is great they keep pools clean and with pet's leaving there stuff behind it has been getting better. Recommend this place for small family or trying to hurry and find a good place to live.
