Loved living here for over a year. Management is always helpful, maintenance is usually prompt, love using the pool and the basketball court, and it also seems like a safe place for kids. They are also awesomely pet friendly!! :)

My husband and I have lived here for 2 1/2 yrs and Management and maintenance have been really good with fixing problems as they're presented. As long as you communicate with them and read your lease there are no surprises and they are easy to get along with.

It's a great location to my families work and school. There are also great stores near by for whatever you may need. Management helped my family and were very kind and friendly towards them which is a plus. We are enjoying this area, but there are a few things I wish were different. 1. I love the flat we are in, but the apartments are pretty old and seems like they all need to be reconstructed and modernized. 2. Pet owners here are terrible at cleaning up after their dogs. At another apartment I been to they did pet screening and if they didn't clean up after their dogs they would check the feces to see which dog it was from and the owners would get fined. I think this is a really smart system because it not only keeps the area clean but also makes people better pet owners. 3. People leave their things anywhere on the ground a lot especially by the park (shoes, gloves, water guns) I think there should be someone in management who should check the premises to make sure it's well kept and either put those things in a lost and found or toss it. 4. The kids playground is now a pool. I walked my dog and noticed there's a hole in the grass with water under it. I really like the area and I hope village park takes my feedback into consideration, because it would really be a win win for everyone. Not only would it be a much cleaner, well kept complex, but it would make everyone feel great in not stepping in dog poop almost every other day.

The managers of village park are such a great help! We’ve been talking with them about switching from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bed and they’ve been so helpful and everything has gone so smooth so far! Hopefully we will be moving into the 3 bed soon! I also had money stolen from my account and we talked to management about not being able to pay rent. And they were so kind and understanding! I’m so grateful for all their patients and their help.
