This place was dirty when my daughter moved in. The walls and ceiling were dirty, the window blinds had fly specs and the carpets felt grimy. The appliances were over 20 years old and also filthy. In spite of that and a 60 page contract that included prohibiting bad reviews, insufficient parking and about an extra 100.00 in fees over and above rent she lasted about a year. During that time she had the police called on her several times for noise, most notably at my granddaughter's fourth birthday. It was somewhat understandable since it wasn't a good neighborhood. One of my other daughters was asked for drugs at the Village Park Apartments. Now that she moved out, they have charged her an additional $75 over and above her deposit. This place should be avoided by anyone who wants a safe and healthy apartment.

There was an issue when I moved in. I let the office know and they have been amazing! They quickly got it taken care of and everyone I have dealt with has been super nice and easy to talk to.

Very friendly management and maintenance! The yard area is better kept up then most of the places I have lived.

Love the new manager, didn't care for the last one because she was very rude and unfriendly. We we're thinking about moving because of the last management, but have planned on staying longer due to the knew manager and maintenance. The property is kept up better and when ever there is a maintenance issue they are on top of it.

We really love our apartment and the staff. Everyone is so friend and willing to helps us! I cannot say enough good things about this complex!

I moved in in March and I had roaches from the previous tenants. Exterminator had told the office not to have anyone move in for another two weeks. They moved me in and there were still roaches everywhere. Also the apartment had not been gone through the apartment was dirty and I had to clean it myself there was food stuck to the floor in the kitchen the heater had to be replaced the pipes had to be tightened up there's something behind the guest bathroom toilet and I have been told the the linoleum in the kitchen laundry room and bathrooms are old. They stated that this was a renovated apartment and all I can say that might be different is the color of the kitchen cabinets and the ceiling fan in the living room. I have had my smoke detectors beeping all day and all night for the past 5 days put new batteries in did not work spray them to get the dust out did not work and they do not want to send out someone as an emergency to fix it I've had to sleep with it like this. I also have a balcony that anyone could walk out on and probably fall through and has that been fixed no but they are well aware of it and when I moved in the dishwasher had bugs all in it because someone did not pull the drain and yeah the kitchen to smelt awful. I do not recommend very many people to live here unless this is a last resort. Unlike me I had to come here due to the fact they had sold my home but I was living in.
