Heater went out on Thursday while I was at work. Didn’t get back till late. Long after they were closed. Called them first thing Friday morning and explained I needed it fixed that day as my young children would be with me for the weekend. It was fixed by the time I got home that day. Same day service. Great job

Since day 1 I’ve submitted requests about my heater not working to a bulging ceiling and the linoleum being tore up in the laundry room and bubbling and submitted multiple work orders to have this repaired and not 1 person has responded or cared to reach out regarding these issues. The remolded unit in which we live in so poorly done. I’ve even submitted a maintenance request in the front office and nothing. They do not care about there tenants.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. I'm counting down the months until my lease ends! WORST PLACE EVER, MANAGEMENT IS RUDE SAY THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED? How is that my fault?? I pay my damn rent on time so you should be able to fix the request we have also! They get annoyed when you call! NEVER RENT HERE!!

Lived in building B and the other tenants are nasty dog litter is left on the grass and sidewalk every single day. Told management but nothing was ever done.

So I am thinking of moving here but the reviews gets worse and worse. What is going on here? Is no one doing anything about this mess? It looks like a fine place. I went for a tour and the girl that assisted me was nice. I'd asked her why the review is so poor and she couldn't answer. So I am asking to the administrator. Why is the review so bad for years and hardly no improvement. And is it true that you pay to use the swimming pool when its included as amenities?
