The apartments are fine for college students and families that dont have a lot of money. However, all the apartments have a slew of issues. Most of the 3 bedrooms have experienced leaky showers as we have, and Maintenance still has not fully fixed the leak, or fixed the hole ripped in our ceiling. Apparently the only way you can get things fixed is by pestering the office day in and day out.
The photos on their website look nothing like the apartments actually look. You cant paint the walls, all of the apartments have quite a bit of disrepair and despite our care while living here, we have multiple issues in the home that we will end up being responsible for.
The outside isnt much better. They run the sprinklers far too often and the grass doesnt grow well. No one picks up their trash, people leave furniture by the trash cans even though they aren't allowed to, and no one picks up after their pets.
If you are going to rent here, also be aware that the only way out of your lease is to pay all future rent that would be paid had you stayed.
Again, the place is tolerable for the 12 month lease they have, but be prepared for lots of issues that will be taken care of slowly, inconsiderate neighbors and minimal space. It's fine for poor college students like us, but if you want a GOOD apartment for a fair price this is not the place.
