I honestly don't see what everyone is bitching about. Only cons are grounds could be better kept and the walls are a little thin ✌it's like any other apartment complex normal people can actually afford. Hardly the Harlem slum

I wish that we could give negative stars. I lived here for about a year and a half and we had a LOT of black mold. My 1 and a half year old daughter started to have seizures, and her neurologist said that the black mold probably played a big part. We requested someone to fix it for a month before we finally left. Once we left my daughter's seizures stopped. It has been about a year and a half since we left and we are now being taken to court for some kind of charge that we still have not been made aware of what it is for. This place should be burned down.

To be completely honest, the only reason Iâm giving them 1 star is because you canât rate them 0 stars. Donât get me wrong, the neighbors can be great! However, there is always going to be someone who creeps around the apartment. The inside of the apartment is atrocious. The carpets are long overdue for a replacement and the closet doors donât even work. Donât even get me started on how disgusting the toilets and showers are! The inside of the toilets are stained black with who knows what and the walls of the shower and bathtub have a nasty film over them that took me hours to clean off. The lock on the sliding glass door to the balcony was broken and could be opened from the outside, even if it was locked. We lived on the second floor and someone could easily climb onto the balcony and get into our apartment. It took nearly 3 months for them to come and do something about it! By that time we had put PCP pipe to jam the door shut. The grass is clearly overwatered and always flooded. In the warmer months of the year there would always be garbage and bacteria growing in the flooded grass, not to mention the dog poop everywhere. There is a pool, which is a nice plus, but you have to pay an additional fee in order to access the pool. Anyone who has lived here or visited will know there is not nearly enough parking for everyone! They charged us for an additional month that we didnât live there, not to mention that they called us FIVE MONTHS after we moved out to let us know we owe them $700 in cleaning/move out fees. I wouldnât wish it upon my worst enemy to live here.
