After moving out in September they tried to charge me an extra month of rent with a bunch of late fees then after fighting with them for months they finally gave us our deposit and it was no where near the amount we shouldâve gotten. The manager refuses to respond to my emails and calls and still will not explain why I was charged with certain charges. DO NOT MOVE HERE WHAT SO EVER. The management does not take care of the property, the apartments, and will scam you as much as they can.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Starting with the administration office, they are great charging you for every little thing even if it wasn't your fault and they never notify you of changes in the contract, or a specific time frame for people to vacate. The head of the office is a far cry of helpful, they never solve your problem instead they make it harder, just looking for ways to squeeze more money out of you. Also, when you call maintenance to fix things, they never answer and when they do, they take forever to come, but by the time you leave they will charge everything that they didn't fix. I wouldn't recommend ever moving in to this place.
