Whatever you do, donât live here. We had a two bedroom apartment. The apartment came with mold in both the shower and the dishwasher. Even after calling maintenance, it was never fixed. The bathroom walls also leaked yellow fluid from a previous tenant likely being a smoker. The place is clearly a really terrible landlord special. The floors are covered in a bumpy vinyl, the doors donât shut, the shower walls peel off from being painted, I could go on and on. Even more than that, the place is just really unsafe. My roommate had a knife pulled on her in the parking lot and someone attempted to steal her car and destroyed the ignition. I myself was followed by a truck late at night. If you are a woman or have a family, really think twice before living here. It is unsafe and unsanitary to an insane degree.

After moving out in September they tried to charge me an extra month of rent with a bunch of late fees then after fighting with them for months they finally gave us our deposit and it was no where near the amount we shouldâve gotten. The manager refuses to respond to my emails and calls and still will not explain why I was charged with certain charges. DO NOT MOVE HERE WHAT SO EVER. The management does not take care of the property, the apartments, and will scam you as much as they can.
