I wish I could give these people a zero but that is not an option. I am single mother of two kids. My parents lived here in a two bedroom apartment and when my dad passed away I moved in from lookout point apartments and took a three bedroom for the convince of my mom. These guys charged us $3000. $2000 for moving out from their two bedroom and $1000 security deposit for the three bedroom that we took from them. Good luck if you lose hot water. my 7 year old and 10 year old had to shower in cold water for three days. we then had to go shower at my brothers place for a couple of days. the so called manager is disgustingly rude and treats people like trash. she does not know how to talk at all. and I see there are many reviews about her here and I don't understand why they don't do anything about it. they are very rude and racist. right after my dad passed away I told them I need a three bedroom from them she didn't even acknowledge the fact that my dad passed away. she just went on to tell me what my cost was. I was waiting for my one year lease to be up. so I could get out of this hell whole. And when I did they kept my security deposit of $1000 and overcharged me $880. these guys are scammers. cause if you read other reviews they have done the same thing to multiple people. AND PLEASE DONT BELIEVE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY HAVE HERE. WHEN I LIVED THERE THEY SEND LETTERS ASKING PEOPLE TO GIVE THEM GOOD REVIEWS AND THEY GET GIFT CARDS FOR DOING SO. IF I WERE YOU AND IS THINKING OF MOVING IN I WOULD RUN AS FAST AS I CAN AWAY FROM THESE DISGUSTING PLACE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKOUT POINT APARTMENTS IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A CHAEPER OPTION. I have made it my life mission to keep writing my story every two weeks in this review section. so that what happened to me will not happen to someone else. I do two jobs to take care of my kids and these âSCAMMERSâ keep overcharging from innocent single mothers like us. I DO NOT WANT THAT FOR ANYONE. NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. And if you see other reviews I am not the first person this has happened. This is a SCAM. They are probably putting the money in their pockets. in my next post I will write how they made up the story to charge me extra with proof of pictures.

Great staff, especially the maintenance team. Prompt and professional. Great location. Pretty sweet mountain views. Well maintained property. There's a pool, basketball court, playground area. It's definitely a great place to live.
