If I could leave a zero star review I would. Starting with the administration office, they are great charging you for every little thing even if it wasn't your fault and they never notify you of changes in the contract, or a specific time frame for people to vacate. The head of the office is a far cry of helpful, they never solve your problem instead they make it harder, just looking for ways to squeeze more money out of you. Also, when you call maintenance to fix things, they never answer and when they do, they take forever to come, but by the time you leave they will charge everything that they didn't fix. I wouldn't recommend ever moving in to this place.

Brand New Move ins here! We had a wonderful move-in experience. The complex is nice, and we had an easy application experience. They were willing to work with us and very friendly. We are very thankful we found Village Park
