If I could give this place zero stars I would. I honestly don't know where to begin. Let's start with the fact that my window was completely shattered before my move in date, I was told it would be fixed within the week and after living there for a year it still hasn't been fixed. 2. The parking is so horrible, impossible to have guests over because there is very limited spaces to park. 3. I have no idea what the problem is with their sprinklers/pipes, all of the sidewalks are flooded 24/7, it's like walking through a muddy swamp every time you want to leave the house, which made moving out a mess. 4. The walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbors at all times. This was one of the main reasons I moved out, because my upstairs neighbor spent most of his time playing bass extremely loud with no regard for personal volume. It made it impossible to sleep and I constantly woke up with a headache and management does nothing about noise complaints. Lets just say there is a reason this place is so cheap and it is because it is one of the worst places to live. The one nice thing I can say is the matitinence staff was very friendly and respectful.

Very kind, nice apartments and they keep the property clean, there is a cute little park, a basketball/soccer court and a small dog park so they are pet friendly , there is a laundry matt on property but you can also rent washers and dryers for cheap.
