I have lived here two years and alls I gotta say is the old maintenance guys was a joke but Bianca got some awesome people there now the three maintenance people they got in there now are amazing Dave Jake and Abraham are super helpful and always go out of their way for us every time some of the most Easiest and funniest people to get along with as well always trying to make sure things are getting fixed the right way and that your apartment is in working order and always super respectful so huge shout out to them the amount of work they due I hope they get a good raise on their salary

My girlfriend and I toured Village Park to get a head start on moving later this year, and we had a great experience. Emily gave an excellent tour, answered all our questions, and made us feel really comfortable. The apartments are affordable and have everything weâre looking for â definitely at the top of our list!

My son and daughter-in-law live here. We stayed with them for a week and it was nice to see how well the apartment managers were having things updated on the buildings and keeping things clean.

It was very quiet, and the maintenance office was incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything. The facilities were clean, and they were very efficient in processing our deposit refund, providing excellent detail. It's definitely a great place to live, and I would recommend it without hesitation. The only thing they should do is have staff at reception who speak both Spanish and English. Las instalaciones limpias, Muy cumplidos al momento de procesar la devolución del depósito todo muy detallado definitivamente un buen lugar para vivir los recomendarÃa a ojo cerrado. Solo que si deberÃan tener en la recepción personal que hable español e inglés.
