We moved recently to this apartment complex and I only have great things to say. The leasing office and maintenance staff are top notch. They are super nice and professional. My apartment was in great conditions overall and the few things that needed to be done were handled in timely manner. We are beyond happy with the treatment and the apartment so far. The complex is well maintained, great location! Highly recommended!

Dave and Abraham did an excellent and quick job today in switching out my fan. Also Dave was nice enough to still take some time to help me fix the old stove burner. Maintenance is always very helpful and they will try to find a solution when possible.

Watering the lawns every night during a drought isnt a good idea. This place cares about the money not the people or the environment. The apartments are not affordable.

The service has gone better-ish the maintenance people are helpful and nice but takes forever to get a report fixed And they should keep a look out for the pool people just leave trash In the pool and there's always kids who are there to disturb the peace by fighting saying cuss words and just making this a not peaceful place And the pool situation is bad there punishing the whole neighborhood for something that only those groups of kids should it's only 25% of those kids who cause problems and should be punished but the rest shouldn't they are well behaved and it's hot and now they aren't letting no one in and this punishment is horrible like I said and will remark my words "only those kids should get punished and not the whole community"
