I have been renting and living here since July 2024 for over a year. I have had a constant issue with my front door not shutting all the way properly. Gaps gaps in the door jamb has caused me to leak out heat out of my apartment in the winter. Last year our winter was so cold that Rocky Mountain Power electric told me that my usage for KH w wattage was 960. This year I still lose heat out of my apartment because Village Park is not willing to replace a door jamb that has gaps in it. Sorry to say I would not recommend anybody renting here until their attitudes have changed about taking care of their tenants so they don't lose heat out of their apartment. They do the bare minimum that they can and sometimes it's just not good enough to stay warm in your apartment. So I've had to go through the expense of buying space heaters to keep my living room from going down to 56° and my bedrooms and losing heat going to 60°, just so I can maintain a 69° temperature throughout the apartment. I don't give him not even one star. Of all the places I've rented this has got to be the worst. Some people in the office were nice to hear my story that was true came out and take a look at the problem but nothing to solve this problem has been done I still have it. The heat is escaping out of my apartment every day with my power bill going up because the water shoes is increasing.

My girlfriend and I toured Village Park to get a head start on moving later this year, and we had a great experience. Emily gave an excellent tour, answered all our questions, and made us feel really comfortable. The apartments are affordable and have everything weâre looking for â definitely at the top of our list!

The sprinklers are very annoying spraying everywhere, they also spray many times of the day. Also, I see discontented neighbors because why enforce clear balconies when you guys have 0 bike racks? Especially in a lively community as this one. As long as it is nothing hazardous, no need to be a Karen/Ken over others. Start putting bike racks, also more dumpsters because it IS a big community with 4+ buildings. Honestly, 4 dumpsters is just making the dumpster guys jobs difficult. If I were a landlord, a secured bike on a balcony is way more sanitary then forcing tenants to keep them on carpeted floors and possibly risking interior damage. I see nothing wrong with this. Until I see smart changes, my 1 star review remains.

Village Park has been the single best place that I have rented from in my adult life this far. When we moved out to Utah 5 years ago, we spent a year living in downtown Provo before we were priced out. We then moved to Village Park, where we have been living for the last four years. The best thing about Village Park is the community and it's even better if you get to know some of your neighbors or have friends move in. Much to our surprise after about a year here, we found that a coworker lived here and we then proceeded to all hang out at least once a week. The buildings are old, but they are always working to improve the community, from repaving roads and fixing the curbs, to fixing up the sports courts. The apartments are spacious, especially for what they charge. Our rent never went up more than like $40 each year. The office management is kind and they are always willing to help (but be sure to check your work orders if you go to let the office know about any issues, they are only human after all and may forget). You will be hard pressed to find a healthier apartment community for the value in Utah County. The only downside is that I have to leave.

My son and daughter-in-law live here. We stayed with them for a week and it was nice to see how well the apartment managers were having things updated on the buildings and keeping things clean.
