The sprinklers are very annoying spraying everywhere, they also spray many times of the day. Also, I see discontented neighbors because why enforce clear balconies when you guys have 0 bike racks? Especially in a lively community as this one. As long as it is nothing hazardous, no need to be a Karen/Ken over others. Start putting bike racks, also more dumpsters because it IS a big community with 4+ buildings. Honestly, 4 dumpsters is just making the dumpster guys jobs difficult. If I were a landlord, a secured bike on a balcony is way more sanitary then forcing tenants to keep them on carpeted floors and possibly risking interior damage. I see nothing wrong with this. Until I see smart changes, my 1 star review remains.

Village Park has been the single best place that I have rented from in my adult life this far. When we moved out to Utah 5 years ago, we spent a year living in downtown Provo before we were priced out. We then moved to Village Park, where we have been living for the last four years. The best thing about Village Park is the community and it's even better if you get to know some of your neighbors or have friends move in. Much to our surprise after about a year here, we found that a coworker lived here and we then proceeded to all hang out at least once a week. The buildings are old, but they are always working to improve the community, from repaving roads and fixing the curbs, to fixing up the sports courts. The apartments are spacious, especially for what they charge. Our rent never went up more than like $40 each year. The office management is kind and they are always willing to help (but be sure to check your work orders if you go to let the office know about any issues, they are only human after all and may forget). You will be hard pressed to find a healthier apartment community for the value in Utah County. The only downside is that I have to leave.

My son and daughter-in-law live here. We stayed with them for a week and it was nice to see how well the apartment managers were having things updated on the buildings and keeping things clean.

Over all this place is great! Itâs welcoming and peaceful neighborhoods really great! But this lady forgot her name but she has dark brown hair and was working in a office behind the lady who was in the front we did forgot to mention to that if we could paid rent a bit more later since we are behind in our personal life and yeah I get it! It could be annoying to have to deal with people whoâs late but we went to the office since they did called us to go there! The front lady was really nice and kind but the lady in the back just gave us a rude way and only said âWhen will we pay.â And she went on being like that and not even allowing to go to her or even have an appropriate talk-to-talk. Really rude and we didnât like the vibe with her and already figure things out later but really hoping we donât have to go through that experience again with her.

When you renew your lease, they make you pay more than a brand new renter pays. Doesn't seem very ethical. Aside from that, it's what you would expect for a budget apartment.
