My boyfriend lives here and tonight after visiting him I got in my car to leave. As I was sitting in my car - 3 people walked by my car very slowly and looked in my car and directly at me. I felt very uncomfortable. As I was getting ready to leave - a car drove by really slowly and then stopped, and begun to reverse back behind me. I got nervous and so I turned my car off to try and run back inside to grab my boyfriend. As I’m getting ready to run inside - a guy gets out the car with a bright flashlight and flashes me numerous times. Looking closely, I noticed it was a security guard. I opened my door to speak with him - just for him to ask me what I’m doing here so late at night, and when I explained that I had just got done visiting my boyfriend - he mentioned that I shouldn’t be here since I’m not a resident. What he heck??? I was parked in the visitor parking, to visit my boyfriend! I’ll be honest - I was thinking about moving in here within the next few months, but I’ve decided otherwise. Everyone - do not ever live here!!!! Is scary and dangerous at night - and the security guard/guards will harass you instead of help you. This place is no place for anyone. It’s definitely the ghetto of Orem.

this place is ghetto as hell especially at night is really dark they don't fix the damn lights that way the drugs dealers works there very easy and make that place unsafe for the kids and all family every night that I'm walking the dog I can smell marijuana almost every where I can't wait for my contract to be done and move out from this ghetto place if you're reading this and you're looking for a place to live safe for your kids and family this is not the place trust me

Great Orem location lived here for 2 years never had any problems we were in a nice quiet area of the complex management was friendly and so was maintenance!

BED BUGS EVERYWHERE! I had to take my daughter to the doctor 10 days after moving in because she was covered head to toe in bites. Then they lied about ever having the issue reported when numerous other tenants reported the same problem. My husband and I ended up losing over $5000 in property damage and exterminater bills. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY.

New tenant review of initial experience (application-first 5 days), Move in process fairly seamless. Front office staff are friendly, polite and professional. Upon turning in my move in walk through paperwork, the property manager reviewed quickly and sent maintenance to the unit to fix water heater issue within an hour. There is a slight pest presence noted despite apparent attempts at resolving, could be due to previous tenant and / or neighbors. Based on my past experience, it should be a minor adjustment to resolve completely but time will tell. The property is well kept and tenants seem to be sociable and polite.
