If I could leave a 0 I would. Fist of they over water their lawn. It’s mushy and muddy throughout summer. Next when you move in they give you this paper to fill out. You put whatever’s wrong with the apartment on it and when the maintenance came to fix it he did a terrible job or never came. Took them 8 months to fix our sink that had a hole in it. So under the sink was disgusting. They charge you for every little thing. “It’s mentioned in their contract” but when you go over the contracts they don’t point out all the fees. It’s annoying. The bills they gave me made me House poor. The manager, Amanda, talked down to me. Yes I didn’t pick up my puppy’s poo which was wrong and I did start picking it up after I got some bags but she came to my door and was really rude about it. She asked in a way that made me not want to pick it up at all. Yes I’m young. Only 19, but that doesn’t give you the right to treat me like I’m 5. Don’t get sucked into the trap

I honestly don't see what everyone is bitching about. Only cons are grounds could be better kept and the walls are a little thin ✌it's like any other apartment complex normal people can actually afford. Hardly the Harlem slum
