DO NOT MOVE HERE Lindsey is the worst property manager that Iâve ever met. Based on reviews and experience of other residents she is racist and she targets certain residents, then tells them they donât want to rent to them anymore and they need to move. Maintenance is okay, but they donât finish their work. We had water in our ceiling from a leak upstairs, they just came and patched it and didnât bother to put new drywall in the spot that was wet, so there could potentially be mold in that unit. Twice they told us theyâd be back to finish what they were doing and never did because they mark the ticket as completed. We gave them notice that we would be moving out at the end of our lease, the lease stated we had to give a 60 day notice. Admittedly, we were 6 days late on that, however, they never notified us that we would be responsible for the 1st through the 6th at a prorated amount. We only found out after we had left and turned in our keys on the 31st. Iâve asked for contact information for Lindseyâs boss multiple times and she has ignored my requests so Iâm currently finding the owners information from the county recorders office. She seems to think if she doesnât give the information we canât do anything else lol according to her the move out charges can be covered by the deposit, we have yet to see any statements describing damages as I have also asked for, but we took pictures of every inch of that apartment before we left so Iâll come back here to update when I get anything!

Whatever you do, donât live here. We had a two bedroom apartment. Donât listen to what the response from the owner says below my review. We DID INFORM THEM OF THESE ISSUES AND THEY DID NOTHING. The apartment came with mold in both the shower and the dishwasher. Even after calling maintenance, it was never fixed. The bathroom walls also leaked yellow fluid from a previous tenant likely being a smoker. The place is clearly a really terrible landlord special. The floors are covered in a bumpy vinyl, the doors donât shut, the shower walls peel off from being painted, I could go on and on. Even more than that, the place is just really unsafe. My roommate had a knife pulled on her in the parking lot and someone attempted to steal her car and destroyed the ignition. THIS WAS REPORTED TO THE COMPLEX AND THEY IGNORED US. I myself was followed by a truck late at night. If you are a woman or have a family, really think twice before living here. It is unsafe and unsanitary to an insane degree.
